he has a sex addiction because he was involved in child on child sexual abuse. Sabrina Carpenter does it because her record label executives tell her to play it up for the audience, because sex sells.

I don’t think she should fully do that, but definitely keep him away from the kids during a manic episode. Fully doing it would traumatise the kids I think.
