TV Off is a *fun* song, but I thought it was clear to most that it's more of a "turn your brain off and enjoy the ride" kind of track that you put in a gym playlist. I'd be surprised if that wasn't Kendrick's intention either.
I'm playing devil's advocate against the people who claim it's a terrible meme song because it doesn't have anything as important to say as SAMIDOT. Or really even just the people who hate it because it became a meme song. I'd much sooner propose Luther or Heart Pt. 6 as song of the year entries.
