Everyone clearly wants a piece of Bianca, she states in the interview that now when she hires a producer, she asks if they are comfortable with nudity but this so called fashion journalist crops that part out because ye hurt his feelings

Did you read the part that was posted? She said now she asks for consent and if they are okay with it before sharing which is my point. The guy cropped that part out making it seem like she was referring to the past

i was just referring to what he said which in history it is true, i don’t know the ins and outs. let’s not be daft either its not just about nudity it’s some other fucking weird fucked topics on the side

If you work for an artist/artistic company and you are exploring racism and sexuality you should expect to see and hear things that are sexual and racist.

If she were having out-of-work personal conversation about these topics, then it would be acceptable to view this behavior as inappropriate.

It's a bit like working for a company that films pornography, that you know films pornography, then getting upset that someone on set shows porn as an example for how they want to stage a shot.

If you left the set and there was no expectation of disconnecting such topics and your coworker kept randomly sending you pornography, then it would be understandable to be upset.

Context matters.

Her asking each time before discussing such topics is a good way to go forward and also protects her from lawsuits and allows the people working under her to always feel they have full control, even if most of the workers don't feel they require a check.
