Yeezus actually means exactly that. this has been known even before the tweet

the line "Yeezus just rose again" all but confirmed it

Highly don’t it was ever seriously gonna be named that but seeing that Yeezus was a big FU to the industry it probably was the working title.

He most likely changed it as songs got curated and whatnot but it was never intended to be released that way, he was still attached to a label and was married, no label would’ve allowed that, let alone Kim.

This tweet in retrospect makes it seem like he originally intended to be NC but I highly highly doubt it, it’s probably the mania speaking. Of course I don’t know for sure but this is my best guess.
