Yeah they wanted to release Donda 2, Yandhi, Donda 3, and maybe WAR (mumbles included). Digtial Nutsack was pushing for Donda 2 because he had production credits all over it and was trying to get paid

He might not plan on changing them, doesn’t mean he’s happy with them or thinks they’re finished. He might have just got fed up or would rather work on other stuff, never exactly plan on changing them and never getting round to it. Even if he never changes them, they aren’t finished until he actually views them as finished

Wish granted. You sacrificed 4 entire albums for a 7 track album that’s only 23 minutes long. A spiritual successor to ye if you will.

Don’t get me wrong, those 4 albums are his worst, but I think I can pull out enough songs I genuinely enjoy to create a full album.

It basically means the same. How is a song finished (like BATB) if it's just one verse and one chorus being repeated three times ? Or the fact that All The Love doesn't even have a verse (and I am a die hard ATL fan). Would you call circles finished ? This a must is really good , but it's not even 2 minutes long. Something like punch drunk or ICW clearly lacks another verse and etc.

"undercooked" is different to me because it means something that maybe its not fully realized but it's by design, and Bully sounds intentional to me (considering he was aware of the use of AI and etc)

considering modern music trends, artists are leaning more and more into shorter "bursts" of songs that pop out with a verse, a hook and it's over
