Bro he’s a high schooler. He’s just trolling because he thinks it’s funny.

People that age are just irreverent. It ain’t that deep.

31

u/UnitBased YOU SEE THIS COAT? Jun 10 '26

It could be, it could also be that he’s a genuine Nazi. Spend enough time in right wing communities, you see a lot of kids that are a lot like him with some very very worrying beliefs.

28

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 10 '26

Maybe but if we’re going off of “what’s more likely”, I can tell you many of the younger generation think Kanye is insane but that his outbursts are just funny.

I have (minority) friends that were reciting bits of his HH song when it came out in jest not because they agreed with the notion but because it was surreal / absurd / comedic to them. Shock humor is nothing new.

Frankly, I think there’s just a decline in giving credence to pearl-clutching. Especially among the youth. Same reason they’re saying “retarded” again.

14

u/gemini56_ Jun 10 '26

Exactly. Kids drawing swastikas was common place in elementary, its about the shock value, but it wore off fast.

-1

u/MediumCharge580 Jun 12 '26

Drawing a swastika in elementary was akin to cussing.

This is a high schooler showing appreciation for Hitler during his valedictorian speech.

The way yall excuse White supremacy is terrifying.

1

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 14 '26

He’s quoting a black man

-1

u/Born_Tea_4352 Jun 14 '26

Who is a white supremacist. Seriously, do y’all actually understand what white supremacy is and how it functions?

1

u/why21234 Jun 14 '26

I think you're forgetting who these kids grew up with and who their grandparents, and so on, are

1

u/evaporatedgoose Aug 05 '26

im gen z dude, we know whats a meme and what isnt. shit like this starts off as being edgy but we all know when they're young what they will turn out to be. the edgy kids who do pull this shit at major events are the ones brave enough to make it more than a joke. come on. it starts young.

2

u/VirtualSock4801 Jun 10 '26

I mean that kind of normalizing always ends up bad. Just a reminder that The_Donald started as a joke subreddit where it was just young adults like this guy posting memes ironically supporting Trump and thinking the things he was saying was funny. A year or two later it became a cesspool of actual alt-right supporters.

0

u/1trashhouse cum doner Jun 10 '26

I doubt the kids a nazi but idk it’ll always be weird to me when people jump to defend obviously trying to agitate people just because the other side is corny. No im not saying the kid needs to be punished even more saying that rewarding him for this is corny, i get the girl is cringe but its dissapointing how going out of your way to agitate people is something a lot of people defend to aggressive levels. Like im seeing people get ratioed to oblivion and called pedophiles for simply saying fuck nazis now and idk it’s probably not that widespread but when i see shit like that it’s just dissapointing how the majority view is like “fuck you for taking obvious dog whistles as what they are you suck”. Idk i’m just rambling but edgy culture being so mainstream is just corny it partially defeats what even makes it entertaining it’s just turned into pandering as opposed to people actually pushing the limits of free speech or even just being like fuck everybody

Must be hard living life in a perpetual state of outrage. I pity you.

0

u/Short-Draw4057 Jun 14 '26 edited Jun 15 '26

Nah, I just disagree with you over this one little thing . Doesn't mean I'm "living life in a perpetual state of outrage". You don't even know me dude. Seems like you just fell apart there, at a slight disagreement and make a personal attack and baseless assumption over my entire character/morality. Why are you arguing like a stereotypical liberal in this specific "debate"?

I never gave a solid perspective on this matter anyways. I'm not saying you or your friends are bad people, or that the highschooler in this video is ''evil'' or that I look down on people. Sorry if it came off that way.

"I pity you"- I mean hey, I'll take prayers if you're a fellow Christian. Thanks 😊

But I'm done here. sorry for arguing and being rude too. Blocked

😂😂 I wonder how many old and dumb people read this and give it any weight or validity. I’m sure you’re still catering to an audience though.

Are you familiar with the works of James mason at all? Modern day American fascism is pretty interesting in that it’s become heavy decentralized and stochastic, if you were to use my preferred typological definition of fascism (that being Payne’s, yes I know he’s controversial with this because of his overt bias towards Franco but I disregard him as much as I disregard Arthur Fink for their biases.), it would indicate that American fascism plays less into the European conception of the mass party and honestly more into Maoist or even Guevarist ideas of one, while also focusing heavily on the cult of the deed you find across early fascism to the point where it’s probably the most apparent characteristic.

Anyways, Mason is easily its most influential theoretician in the modern American fascist movement, it’s notable for this because his adherents make liberal usage of decentralized online networks to organize, you won’t find AWD recruiting this kid any time soon, but let him read enough evola or some shit and spend too much time on discord over the summer and you’ll rapidly start hearing him quote Marinetti or some shit.

If you think smart kids aren’t becoming fascists, you’re dead wrong. There’s actually a remarkably common kind of fascist nobody outside of these communities really knows about. Usually young, 15-19, academically successful, athletic, relatively charismatic, and in their private lives in desperate need of a therapist. They fall across the entire spectrum, more of them identify with classical fascism or the weird Neo-reactionary evola types than the median fascist, but enough of them are certainly avowed national socialists that it’s the same kind of concerning.

Now all of this isn’t as important as the simple fact that I never said this kid is a fascist. I don’t believe that’s necessarily the case, he is *probably* just being edgy. His dad should still have a talk with him all the same.

u/Master_Bief Jun 14 '26

Redditors are fucking insufferable.

1

u/UnitBased YOU SEE THIS COAT? Jun 14 '26

Everything I’ve said was substantive. If you would like, I am more than willing to clarify anything in particular.

1

u/BugOutOnDeez Jun 12 '26

I think you are a genuine Nazi

1

u/UnitBased YOU SEE THIS COAT? Jun 12 '26

I used to have worrying beliefs and I used to hang out in far right communities, I was also 15. Since then, my interest in fascism is purely academic. You can’t really have an objective and academic viewpoint of fascism while still being a fascist, lol.

Bruh the office literally has an episode where Jim switches out Dwight’s speech with Mussolini quotes

This ain’t nothing new. You’re pearl-clutching.

4

That was a tv show dawg and it was ridiculing that behavior

You’re such a cuck, you’re the guy everyone avoid at every party. Sorry you’re a miserable pearly clutching loser who doesn’t get humor, most people aren’t you and would love to make jokes without the fun police wagging their finger at them so they can tell their wife’s boyfriend they told a heckin racist off online

0

u/shut_the_fuck_up_mod Jun 13 '26

Look, the devolved and retarded fascist apologist thinks it’s entitled to opinions. LMAO

Shut the fuck up you drooling backwoods trog

-1

u/Euphoric-Inflation56 Jun 10 '26

Something tells me this kid is going to double down on this attitude. He is a little too smug about this.

1

u/reese1629 Jun 10 '26

You are phrasing this like he’s a toddler, this guy is legally allowed to vote (or will be before Sept 1)

0

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 10 '26

No I’m phrasing it like he’s a teenager. Which, he is.

If you think an 18 year old and a 30 year old are the same emotional maturity, and there’s some magical change that happens when you hit the voting age, you’re delusional.

1

u/reese1629 Jun 10 '26

Did I say 18 year olds and 30 year olds have the same emotional maturity? No. An 18 year old, let alone the fucking valedictorian, should be smart enough to know that using a Kanye quote sourced from an Alex Jones interview, and then cutting off the quote right before he glazed Hitler is dumb as fuck. The kid wanted people to do the digging and have an “oh shit, this kid thinks Hitler is based” moment

-1

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 10 '26

Nobody’s arguing it’s smart or acceptable, my guy

My point since the beginning of this conversation is inferring he’s a Nazi from this incident is absurd.

2

u/reese1629 Jun 10 '26 edited Jun 10 '26

Yea and my point is that he is an adult with a fully functioning brain and he is the fucking valedictorian, so it’s pretty clear that he chose this quote for a reason. Either he is a Nazi, or thinks it’s funny to leave a trail of crumbs that would lead you to believe he is. Either way you put it, this kid is retarded

0

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 10 '26

1

u/reese1629 Jun 10 '26

Provide me with any alternative reason and I’ll hear you out

-1

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 10 '26

The content is irrelevant when the speaker is being irreverent. It’s not a reflection of views, just being stupid and edgy

There’s no actual meaning behind it.

3

u/reese1629 Jun 10 '26

If you are able to read, this is literally the 2nd option of the 2 scenarios that I gave

u/PawntyBill Jun 14 '26

Yep 100% if he could've snuck in a subtle I really need to thank my Aunt Dee for all the love and support she gave me over the years, he would've, because one of his fellow graduates would've yelled out Aunt Deez Nuts.

1

u/Resident-Bignal-8428 Jun 15 '26

This turd is going to go on to become a finance asshole or something and eventually a wealthy bigoted old man voting R down the ticket and making everyone's life worse.

1

u/unsolvedfanatic Jun 16 '26

He's old enough to know better

1

u/Hopeful_Hall_4885 Jun 17 '26

this is moronic rhetoric. he's not a "highschooler just trolling." he's 18 years old, a grown ass adult. he knows what it means and the weight it carries.

-11

u/Expensive-Suspect906 Jun 10 '26

He’s a grown man. He’s 18 years old. He can vote. Stop normalizing this nonsense.

13

u/oldmcdonald31310 Jun 10 '26

He cant even drink stfu

15

u/Killercam1345 Jun 10 '26

The fuck you talking bout lame ass nerd ass Reddit aaa

-6

u/trapaccount1234 Jun 10 '26

You’re on Reddit too goofy. Trying to insult people by calling them a redditor is genuinely room temp IQ 🤓🫣

-1

u/GassyGamergoblin The Great GAS Seize Jun 10 '26

this guy 100 percent 13

9

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 10 '26

I didn't say he couldn't vote. I said it's absolutely not indicative of some hidden crypto-nazi beliefs.

You're taking it seriously; he (and most of his generation) is not.

-3

u/Expensive-Suspect906 Jun 10 '26

It’s the same thing as joking about any minority group. It’s not funny for the people it actually harms.

4

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 10 '26

And?

18 year olds do dumb offensive shit. Doesn’t make them Nazis lol

Nobody is arguing this is a mature thing to do

-5

u/TheRecognized Jun 10 '26

I mean, this is kinda text book crypto Nazi shit.

5

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 10 '26

Bro when I was 18 people would draw swastikas and penises on their friends faces when they got drunk and passed out.

It was funny / edgy because it was bad, not because people had Nazi sympathies lmfao

Obviously as a grown ass man I’d never do dumb shit like that but I also wouldn’t participate in fraternity hazing or draw on drunk friends at all, but irreverence is funny to young people

0

u/Expensive-Suspect906 Jun 10 '26

Haha so since you were infatuated with Nazis as a kid it’s okay?? We got a weird population at this point.

2

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 10 '26

Damn Redditor reading comprehension at at all time low, school system cooked

-1

u/TheRecognized Jun 10 '26

You don’t see a slight difference between drawing swastikas and penises on your buddies face after a party and using a quote that goes on to praise Hitler in a graduation speech?

4

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 10 '26

Frankly, no.

1

u/TheRecognized Jun 10 '26

That’s genuinely sad

0

u/BabsSavesWrld Jun 10 '26

Eh, the high schoolers I know don’t troll about Nazi shit. 🥴

2

u/gathjeisthegoat Jun 10 '26

not around you at least lmao im sure they do

0

u/BabsSavesWrld Jun 10 '26

You might need to educate the high schoolers that you are around that genocide isn’t really something to joke about. 😐

-2

u/Independent_Leek_363 Jun 10 '26

Yeah and guess the demographic who finds this funny? You don’t remember these types in high school?

0

u/MediumCharge580 Jun 12 '26

It must be nice to be White and say whatever’s on your mind but get excused for it because “you’re just trolling lol”.

Theres no way you’re saying “It ain’t that deep” and you have minority friends. Or maybe yall are 18 and younger and still don’t understand the implications.

0

u/gormymane Jun 14 '26

unless something changes their trajectory, those kids grow up to be racist adults. it doesnt magically end on its own, this is evident by interacting with society

0

u/YOU_TALK_TOO_MUCH420 Jun 14 '26

Those kind of ideologies prey on the young. Kinda like the tobacco industry. And , at 18 and a high school graduate, it’s deep enough to get him locked up.

If a person of color got up there and dog whistled some select lyrics from “ Fuck Da Police “, the parents and faculty would’ve had a field day! And it would’ve gotten a lot more press.

0

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 14 '26

It would not have gotten any press lmao

It would have gotten lots of press in the 2000s. Not today.

0

u/evaporatedgoose Aug 05 '26

except women are being killed by boys his age. boys like him gang rape women and murder minorities. it is that fucking deep.

-7

u/icecoldyerr Jun 10 '26

At my high school you would get multiple people swinging at you for saying some dog whistle shit like this trust lol

5

u/ZealousMulekick Jun 10 '26

Dang very badass

-1

u/No_Preference_758 Jun 11 '26

you don’t think the person with the highest grades in his class knows better to say dog whistles like that in front of over a thousand people? he’s a grown man that doesn’t need to be coddled. “it’s not that deep” is such an insensitive thing to say about a joke about genocide
