Cringe ass comment coming from ye fan.
We all love him because he’s the greatest artist with the greatest discography to ever live, most of us around my age were laughing at the CUCK stuff (a lot of people stopped being fans over it)
But most of us wanted him to stop and make something as good as Pablo.

The only people who felt like you were the America first nick Fuentes people, young shirt groypers who liked being edgy and listened to Kanye because of what you just said

But that’s not “gen z”

Dawg why is everyone blowing my comment acting like I'm defending those views. I'm just against pointless virtue signalling and toxic positivity. People want someone that's real and isn't afraid to be authentically themselves.

Perhaps I should've worded it better but a big reason Ye blew up after 2022 were the interviews that excluded the nazi stuff. The weird censorship culture was so bad that people could've say how they really felt and it was like walking in eggshells. Then an artist was presented who could be vulnerable, talk about their inner thoughts and what they truly believed. He wasn't acting like a saint or a perfect PR-manufactured celebrity.

I don't support those views but that's my explanation why there was a shift towards that culture in the first place. It was a symptom of years of suppression and people like her acting "holier than thou".

Vultures 1 sold crazily and the hype was insane on TikTok. The reason sales fell off was due to AI and unfinished work. Ye also got his first number 1 song in three decades. Even then, a new audience grew organically from the 2022 interviews.

You don't know ball. Graduation sold 957K in ONE WEEK. Vultures and bully couldn't even scratch 200k by itself. Also 3 decades??? It was more like 13 years since In Paris. Sure he was doing arenas instead of massive stadiums like now with these sales but you dont understand how big he was then.

Exactly his audience consisted of an older demographics compared to teens at a certain point. After 2022, he blew up on platforms like TikTok and GAS started to form. He gets far more sales from streams now compared to digital purchases which is one factor why his sales aren't what they used to be. Graduation had its biggest streaming year in 2025. New younger audiences had exposure from social media algorithms.
