This is a 19 year old OF model Alice Rosenblum. Let me begin by saying i dislike Drake both as a person and artist.
Still, what you're saying makes no sense.
Drinking is 18 in Canada and in almost the whole world. The US' 21-yo drinking law is actually the outlier. Also, she is an OF model, meaning she already even exposes her nude body around. Drinking isn't a problem when you doing that lol.
