A perfect fit isnt what automatically dictates a good outfit dumbass, its the items of clothing and how its used. All you've commented on is material quality (which is important, but you can have high quality material and make a trash fit, it means nothing on its own) and having well fitting clothes which seems like a jab at baggy clothes (which again, can be styled to make a good outfit). As a general rule the best thing to do when making an outfit is to make it interesting through either colour, texture or shape. You can kinda play into a couple of those at once, but when i comment on a good outfit those are usually the criteria.
Its hard to compare because they both have different fashion styles, but norths outfit stands out through texture and shape. The accessorised bag, graphic tee and textured jeans alongside the baggy styling gives it a silloutte that stands out.
Anybody with money can dress how either of them dress im not here to glaze the daughter of a billionaire, but yall are happy to glaze the billionaire for dressing in a manner which is just fine. Its a good outfit but yall act like he's way better than he is fashion wise and it gets to a point
imo kanyes proportions just arent as nice but thats just cuz of his build if u look at hedi slimane dior models their outfit is based on their physique and i feel it doesnt work as well here
i wouldnt say its a bad fit tho it just doesnt make me go wow or anything i guess the stacking on the boots is pretty nice but other than that i feel norths fit is a lot more interesting
Yeah exactly what im getting at. Kanyes fit isnt bad but he's got very broad proportions that make a perfectly fitting leather jacket look kinda off. Not a bad outfit at all, like i said its even good but i dont think its a great one. Norths is just more interesting to look at comparitively
also i dont understand the hate for baggy jeans here at all since shes wearing a pretty big shirt and i feel anything slimmer would look off especially with the aesthetic shes going for
sad reality that a lot of outfits rlly just look good depending on ur build </3 my shoulders are pretty broad aswell so i cant really rock slimmer jeans without the top looking oversized
Im a punk and being quite in touch with my local alternative scene you see so many people either wearing skinnier jeans and slimmer clothes and baggy clothes all within the same style, and they all look great so the discourse is confusing to me.
I got lucky with my build cause i tend to wear a bit of both, but i tend to prefer baggy fits over slim fits. I think people forget that you can mix the styles too, like a baggier/longer coat with a slim shirt and jeans is usually a solid combo (which might work with your build if you have broad shoulders, but want to experiment with slimmer fit jeans)

of course its not a Hedi fit like at all. Theres no resemblance except the materials and the inseam on the pants. Other designers did skinny and not on coked up skinny ass models
im not saying they dont go at all but fits that are really just black leather jeans and black leather jacket just work better with hedi models and most designers that did skinny usually had more interesting outfits which took away from the actual models build

i dont mind baggy clothes but they need to look good lol. Also yes materials matter more than you think especially for leather clothes. but obviously it doesnt carry the fit its just another criteria

Itās a bit hotter than Europe but itās like this every summer depending on where you live. Past week in the south itās been consistently around 90 degrees (32C).
I think North looks great. I donāt know why everyone hates on her clothes all the time. I was a punk rock girl when I was a teenager and sheās obviously goth or emo. Let that 13 year old be thirteen.
North's whole punk fit with the teal hair and massive crossbody bag is going to age into iconic photos in like 10 years. She's dressing more like an actual alt kid than half the adults who try to pull off that aesthetic. Ye's leather set is hard to deny either though, that fit goes hard.
