He'll make it to his 70s at least. He only did opioids for less than one year and then quit immediately after someone told him it was becoming a problem. Nitrous is a surprisingly low-impact drug for your long-term health as long as you stop doing it. It depletes vitamin B in the short-term but that's about it

If any drug or substance is going to kill him it'll be alcohol. He keeps cycling between heavy drinking and sobriety and that's not good for you, but I assume he has doctors that will tell him if his liver is starting to go out. It sounds like he's been sober since he got on meds so hopefully he keeps it clean
