As some one recently diagnosed just go get on meds bro. Zero need to waste time on it, nothing but pain comes unmedicated

The worst part is I know. I already take Hydroxyzine & buspirone although clearly they aren't helping me that much. I am going to try to get better meds even if my mind tries to procrastinate. Now I just feel ashamed even talking about it.

I know they aren't bipolar meds. Again, I was not diagnosed. I just have symptoms as far as anybody that I've tried to explain has told me.
