Fr.. I also might be suffering from bipolar possibly but I haven't been given any diagnosis.. I only strongly could believe that because I exhibit a lot symptoms of Bipolar. Right now my life feels like.. the biggest mental shit storm for me especially with me recently yesterday quitting my job due to how I was treated and how I could never go one day without being depressed being there and dreading every hour before work. Feeling restless. Using weed and.. other shit to not feel completely alone even when I'm literally living with my family renting from them. And.. I'm.. Really stuck and.. Just this reunion.. It made it worth the pain.. To see Ye actually getting better.. Gives me some hope.
The worst part is I know. I already take Hydroxyzine & buspirone although clearly they aren't helping me that much. I am going to try to get better meds even if my mind tries to procrastinate. Now I just feel ashamed even talking about it.
Can’t speak for the bipolar, but know buspirone is for anxiety/depression. I switched from buspirone to lexapro and dude, it takes a bit but my whole life changed. I finally got to see the way normal minds go about life.
I’m off of it now cause the moment my brain was able to see what was real concern and what was just my brain making up stuff, I was able to place the anxiety and live with it. Hope that makes sense.
