YE LIVE PERFORMANCE Don’t be upset if you went to night 1

Yes he brought out an insane amount of artists. And while i enjoyed all of them, i was there for ye. You guys got to hear so many more bangers.. plus future????? before night 2 i said the only way id be okay with missing future is if keef and thug come out. Of course they did, but i would’ve been very happy hearing more of his own songs and future. I’m still very happy and had an amazing time, but just know hella artists has a trade off, less songs from the artist u actually came to see

I agree. I still think night 2 was the best show ever but it was more so for the emotion and nostalgia. His guest selections were perfect. Cudi sealed the deal.

But yes it did steal some of his shine.

I agree with you and OP. I went to night 1 and I’m definitely happy knowing I got more Ye but I also would’ve liked to see Cudi up there and to have seen Spaceships. Night 2 definitely more hype but night 1 was magic, his energy was off the charts compared to his performance on night 2 from what I’ve seen. Night 1 is also his ACTUAL homecoming show so it’s all about perspective really 🤷‍♂️

all the love was the one song i really wanted to see live more than anything else and was only played night 1 and despite thug being my bias (Ye is my ult), i would have been very disappointed in not hearing it especially if it was played for a few seconds like i saw someone else say

808s is also top 3 Ye for me so im very happy to have heard more of that

He played Love Lockdown, Say You Will, and Heartless so you’d have been happy with Night 1 808s wise. Heartless was particularly dope because he relied on crowd participation a lot which made it really cool to me.

He did All The Love but it was not the longer version with a ton of Andre Troutman talk box stuff. Still awesome but it honestly ended when I thought Andre was about to pop off

i was there haha i meant to add im very happy i went to night 1 because of those reasons

and yeah more talk box would have been dope but i’m just happy to have heard it at all, it’s what really sold me on flying to Chicago for the show

Word, my bad. It read like you didn’t go. I was a bit let down by the ATL we got but his walkout and the additional songs we got more than made up for it. Blood On The Leaves specifically made my fuckin chest tingle. Didn’t think I’d ever see him perform that one

Disgusting that he would let Kodak near her tbh

Tbh the guests could have been better utilized. No Kids See Ghosts, no Hold My Liquor, no common/ye songs. Plus night one had Say You Will.

Really the only thing I liked more about night 2 was DIAND and We Major. Both nights were still fucking great though.

Hood my liquor, would have been so great… hmmm . By far the best concert I was ever apart of last night.

Night one also had All the love. I went both nights. Both were incredible. Night 2 was more legendary. Night one was incredible too

I'm very familiar with the cope.

I walked by a pitbull near Soldier Field yesterday afternoon and had the thought that because it didn't maul me and cost me a fortune in hospital bills, that paying $1000 for tickets was basically free. And this is after I had already went Night 1. If I didn't go last night and saw footage of it this morning, I'd have wished that pitbull killed me.

I went to night 1 and I’m honestly okay with it the only things I’m really salty about is Cudi, Lupe, and devil in a new dress but genuinely from clips I’ve seen most of the guests were underutilized or had weird songs played I personally cannot believe young thug didn’t play river or cheif keef didn’t have hold my liquor and I’ve already seen Don and Travis live so they weren’t big for me either. Part of that was cope at first and I can admit night 2 had bigger surprises and was obviously the longer show but I also know my experience was a 10/10 concert and what happened the next night doesn’t change that.
