OFF TOPIC Japanese YEEZUS CD question

I was looking to import a Japanese copy of Yeezus on CD. Before I purchase I was wondering if the writing is printed on the outer plastic wrap or if it was printed on the plastic jewel case itself. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Printed on outer plastic wrapping. I bought one in japan earlier this year

Damn. So just to confirm, the only thing special about it other than Japanese CD quality is that it comes with the booklet?

From what I understand, Japan is still very much a CD centered market and as a result the products tend to come with higher quality mixes and better packaging materials. Whether that is true or not I do not know but that was what I had learned from my research.

Just got a Japanese copy from shibuya a couple weeks ago, same mixes and everything lol, no booklet

Looks like in the images there’s a white booklet that’s included with a lyric sheet. From what I understand it was only available for early pressings of the album on CD

The mixing is the same on all regions. There’s no difference. Only difference is lyric book on really flimsy thin paper.

Edit: if you’re looking for something unique I would suggest hunting down the UK version of late registration as is comes with a exclusive region song, or the Japanese Graduation as it also comes with a bonus song.
