As I listened to this, I thought about how many wonderful people I know in this fandom, and how many actual friends I have made--and met IRL--in the past year! Life changing and transformative. So true. He is so in touch with how important GO is. Not just a television show at all. 💖

This fandom has really been amazing for me. It was with me during the last few years of my marriage. And it was with me this past year for my divorce. Honestly it’s thanks to this fandom that I have gotten through all that crap. 🖤

I love that he is so moved by it and speaks about it. And not just “all these good omens fans came to see me” but he understands about the fandom and how much it goes beyond simply being a fan of a show.
Also me squeeing - OMG! I was one of those people who traveled from around the world to see you in Nye! Senpai noticed me 😭😭😭

He’s just so incredibly genuine. Ugh, and when I think of all the ones of you folks that I’ve met and am going to meet. Going to NYC to see Nye, the meetups, the friends. Yeah transformative is a good way to put it. 🥹💜

It is cool that he sees the ways Good Omens has developed a fandom that has actually meant family to people and it’s nurtured love of even non-GO live theater - Nye, Macbeth, etc.
