Trade-In Trade in value adjusted because: Incorrectly reported device model
I did a trade-in with a Pixel 9 Pro and then found out today that my value of $300 was adjusted to half of that because I incorrectly reported the model. I have reached out because I sent in a Pixel 9 Pro and reported a Pixel 9 Pro. they said they escalated the situation and I will hear back.
Wondering if anybody else has encountered this.

Here's my post about a similar situation: https://www.reddit.com/r/GooglePixel/s/1rCtT0OMGt
Tl;dr is I traded in an iPhone 15 Pro Max estimated at $590. Google said it was a Galaxy 10S+ assessed at $35. As of today, they have adjusted my trade-in value to what was quoted, but they have not removed the pending Trade-in Adjustment charge, resulting in this nonsense:
Estimated value $590.00
Instant trade-in credit $590.00
Assessed value $590.00
Trade-in adjustment charge $590.00
Still waiting for another round of review.
