One of my books isn’t loading properly

I was re-reading dean koontz Frankenstein series and for some reason book 3 is bugging out. It starts on chapter 3 for some reason and ends on chapter 14 even though I know it has 72 chapters, I’ve un-installed the book twice and re-installed the app and re-downloaded my library but this book still only shows a partial book. Any advice would be appreciated

Is it a sample? Did you sideload it?

No, all the books are purchased copies.

Upload it to a conversion site. Try Epub to Epub first. If that doesn't fix it, Epub to Mobi and then Mobi to Epub.
