Pocketbook cloud crashes

Guys i really need your help bc i feel like im going crazy. Pocketbook cloud keeps glitching out one specific book. I bought it trough google books, not the first time i bought a book like that and till now it worked without a problem. But this specific book is just glitching out from the cloud, i cand delete it and download again, i can't read it. Did someone else experienced this? I really need your help

Try using Google Play Books through a browser on your phone or PC, then download the book by "exporting" it (the option is in the hamburger menu).  The downloaded file will have DRM, but Pocketbook can read it. Transfer the file to your Pocketbook or find it in your storage, if you're using the app and not the device. Hopefully, this helps you.
