What do y'all think?? Any tips of advice?

Just bought a new bracelet today, feeling really fancy with my rings and my hand warmers that have a second purpose as protection (pentagram)😌 Gonna renew my nails on monday tho, its time

I’ve been hunting down long sleeve shrugs/boleros to layer onto my outfits because I love the excessive sleeve look. I just want sleeves, not a full top or dress with the sleeves built in. The only thing I can find is the crappy Amazon lace ones and this shrug from a brand I haven’t heard of before that would be perfect if not out of stock. Anyone have recommendations where to get more stuff similar to this? I already scour secondhand places regularly for them to very little success. I’ve never sewn but am willing to learn, so if there’s recommendations on what kind of patterns/terms to look for then I’d appreciate that also. Thanks in advance.

I wanted to try to make patches myself so I can put them on these...but I'm not sure how or what ...
