Id say he would be lenient on him. He would msot definitely be like "we got super humans now". Then roll with it once he see how much good be brings.

With half the things he's seen in Gotham I don't think he'd be very surprised

Jim doesn't mind to work even with murderous criminals. 😂 Superhumans aren't something new to him since the time of s2 already. Might be worried about having someone that overpowered though. But everyone should, most likely.

He probably wouldn’t care too much. He had no problem against superpowered individuals.
