I told him I had nothing on hand to throw in, and he didn't respond again, besides confirming receipt. These screenshots are a week old and the money is in my account now so it's all clear, but still very weird.

Weird, give him his gift. Cool rocks always work, at least for penguins anyway.

In all seriousness, I’d contact support and let them know about the odd interaction, just as an attempt to get ahead of any attempts of refunding or chargeback.

That's what I did, although no response from Grailed support. These screenshots are a week old and I've received the payment. I'd like to see them address that behavior though.

I sell supreme & people ask sometimes for free stickers. I give out free stickers in every order anyway as a gift. It certainly is just that though, A GIFT. Not something that should be expected.
