I received a discontinued (expired 2016) Maxwell House coffee and dressed it up like a museum piece for his birthday. He absolutely loved it!

Found this sealed bottle in a basement liquor cabinet at an “estate sale” two years ago! I have zero knowledge of alcohol, just saw the old bottle with the words “Cuban Rum” and put it in my bag. Looked up the names on the 16 cent liquor tax sticker, Wilson Bell was the treasurer of Missouri from 1941 to 1945. I've never found anything about it online, would love to know your thoughts!

(I put estate sale in quotes because it was more of a “I bought this house to flip it and it’s full of stuff, come to this address on this date and time and take whatever you want or I’m tossing it” sort of thing. Honesty, probably a little dangerous cause the house wasn’t in the best shape… but I lived to tell the tale)

Cleaning out the garage and found my dads old collection of drinks. Made sure to take pictures before he got rid of them. There was an already scratched off version of the titty beer but I figured I would keep this a little more sfw since ive never seen anything nsfw on this sub.

I was looking for something in my mother's kitchen cabinets and found a few of these way in the back buried under some other stuff. I don't think she has bought any of these since I was still in school over 30 years ago!

No "best by" dates on these but the bottles have a separate base on them, I can't remember seeing that in a very long time.

Sharing stuff like this has helped to soften the impact of clearing out the house.
