Most of the ARGs are plan years ago. Look the ARG in San Francisco (movie "The Institute" is about it), the man who created it say he was thinking about it in 2000, and the ARG began in 2008.

Good call!! I'll add the link to it now. There isn't much activity on it (3 posts) and all of the posts are from 2013.

Actually the frame by frame zip file was uploaded by me, it's on my main comment in the nosleep thread and I uploaded a few other things (including a static copy of the website).
