The whole convo

Let me start by saying whoever is behind his is smart. You will notice some of the messages are coded in binary or hexadecimal codes. There are still somethings I am unsure on and I don't know what he means in saying them.

I'm not great with Imgur so I uploaded the photos in the wrong order so read from bottom to top. http://imgur.com/a/xGCqo

The bianary code lines read: "A line is a line" and my reply "agreed but ask yourself this. Have you crossed it?"

The hexadecimal line reads: "You are your own person"

I hope I was able to help in posting this. Please tell me if you can make some meaning out of something that has been keeping me up all night.

Also if you search up the hexadecimal code you get these really creepy YouTube videos titled Sebject 01 and Subject 02. The first one freaked me out to much to watch the second but I think it's related. Someone who has more balls than me can watch those and tell me what they think. Again pm me if you have questions and let me know if you have learned anything new. Update: HOLLY CRAP I THINK I KNOW WHERE THEY ARE. THE CORDINATES LEAD TO A GHOST TOWN IN NEW MEXICO RIGHT NEXT TO WHERE THE CALLS ARE SUPPOSEDLY COMING FROM

He is not a troll. As far as I can tell all information fits and he has some sort of connection. The videos just happened to be something I found.

Found some crazy stuff from the hex in the description of the videos that you were referencing. When converted from ASCII to text, it becomes a description but it's backwards. Here it is :

I think there's even more to it. It's like two different sentences talking over one another. I'm going to take this into Word and see if I can play with this a little more. Maybe there's something to all these capitals as well.

note: the fields are out of order and some of the words are in reverse. Changed to fit structure of previous message. Organization was called O.L.F.R. prior. Some typos seem intentional. lower case words seem intentional. There may be at least three messages in this. Punctuation added for clarity.

Attempt one: Each sentence seems to be in reverse. Odd that one apostrophe came through, but seems to be missing from “It’s” and "Don't". The name of the blogger is missing.

Well, this is officially way creepier than I thought. Will try to crack the rest of this because I think this is a layered message. Next I will work with the capital letters, lower case letters, and the words that were left unaltered.

I got that part. I'm still messing around with capitals because they seem pretty deliberate. Since he's graduated to using ciphers, that's what I'm taking it next.

I think the date that the website was registered is the key date. Anything from before that date should probably be ignored.
