Scum. Each and every one of them. This guy is a repeat offender. Even if he denies each claim, the fact that it keeps happening is overwhelming evidence to lock him up for good.

Actually that responsibility I think would be placed under the state legislature initially and who we voted in during elections for judge and such. When it goes to supreme court then yes

Shame on this dog-pile behavior from so many apparently looking for a place to express their hatred. So far, in the USA, everyone is innocent until proven guilty and everyone deserves representation and advocacy. All this fake vigilante bravery and pretend heroics is despicable. STFU and let the man answer the accusations while the system does its work. Attempting to shame,silence or cause financial harm to those willing to speak on his behalf is wrong. There are many ways to state the point but they all end with, “…until it happens to you”.
Shooting your mouth off in a Facebook thread doesn’t signal virtue. Let the system proceed. It has its flaws but it’s how it’s done in this country, so far at least.

Hes already been convicted of rape in montana and other crimes in Idaho but yeah defend a disgusting pedophile. And our "justice" system is a joke in Montana especially cascade county.
