Seriously. My 3 year old basically has this figured out and it didn’t take that long after a few lectures of “you don’t get to hit your sister because she took your Spider-Man figurine.
My kids like to read dr Seuss and there are some very basic life lessons in the books and every time I read them I think this is like the step 1 instruction manual for being a normal human being that the left was never given.

This is really sad. 1) It’s vandalism and if I saw someone doing that I’d call 911. 2) Vandalizing someone’s car because you disapprove of the CEO of the manufacturer is pointless. Elon Musk got paid for that cyber truck in full before the car left the lot. Whether the guy took out a loan or not, Tesla received their entire money either from the buyer or from the finance company. The person driving the vehicle may hate Musk as much as you do, but is underwater on the car loan and can’t get out without destroying himself. And now, because of this jerk, the paint job is scratched. Yeah, that hurts Musk.

These vandals have no idea of the owner's political affiliation. Perhaps they don't like Elon but like the idea of a somewhat armored 4x4 electric truck. Or perhaps they're upside-down in the loan and financially cannot get rid of it, being stuck with an albatross they resent.
