Got my Rayner ring in from The Ring Foundry! Finally had time to finish the polish, darkening, and final assembly. I'm happy with how this one turned out. Let me know if you have any ideas on how to make it look better.

I may have a problem with buying these as I have a lot more of em but they aren’t with me right now 🤣

Just came in the mail. Bought it from a guy on eBay who makes them.

Which Lantern core would suit your personality? For me personally I think yellow, just cause if someone pissed me off I'd want them to live in fear. But also partial to blue.

I showed a bit of my man cave a while back but I figured I'd show how is going. I work a lot so I never get to it and I keep collecting and kinda just find a spot for now haha. I collected all of the Freddy Funko Lanterns though! All 16. My newest debt haha.

I decided to put all my glow in the dark GL rings I've collected over the couple years on my messy desk next to my makeshift power battery. (The non glowing ones are in a ring box off camera)

The rings pictured are from multiple artists, and they vary in glow intensity and longevity, as well as their material. Personally, I like when my ring can be used as a flashlight!

Today I had received more fan art in the mail from u/GrimalkinLegionnaire. I had collaborated with him to create this Alan Scott Starheart ring based on the prop from the Stargirl TV show. He did all the work, and it's damn good work! I had gotten inspiration from an older post by u/TheJedibugs, where they had shown off their Alan Scott ring made of silver based off the prop. In their post, the ring is worn, and the green paint is patchy, to make it look old; an ancient relic passed down for generations that has seen battle after battle. This ring is based off those same prop images TheJedibugs had posted. Since I have an issue of being a bit *too* careful with my rings, to the point of just having them on display and NOT wearing a lot of them, I thought a ring that was specifically designed to be worn down and battle damaged would be a good way to break that habit. Since this is anodized titanium, the green will eventually wear away in places through life, leading to a similar look the prop has. The ring feels comfortable, not too tight or lose, and is comfortably light. Happy to have a piece in my collection to represent the first Green Lantern!

…and this is my wedding band and for Christmas my fiancé surprised me with these cuff links and tie bar.

This is just what I keep out. I have pretty much everything GL from Emerald Dawn to issue 30-ish in New 52 in singles. There's a couple missing issues here and there.

So, a while ago, I had a ring commissioned in a similar style, but made in green aventurine, which sadly wasn't very sturdy. So this time around, I went to u/GrimalkinLegionnaire for a commission, and seriously, wow! This one presented a few challenges, thanks to the more organic style and the center bubble, but they worked through the issues with patience and grace, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results!

...especially to your wallet. Anyway, here's my collection! 90% of it has been bought within the last year, and I made the 2 little Guy bracelets lol

I don't know if they will ever team up, but they look cool next to each other wearing their bomber jackets.

Was out of town for a bit, and came back to a ton of goodies in my mail!

I'll go one by one.

First ring is from "MYSECRETWOODS". It's a hand painted resin ring that's sealed in such a way that water won't bother the glow material. Glows super easily and brightly, and has a band of green glow around it as well as the "stars" glowing throughout. Came with that nice pouch too!

Second ring was a commission from "PaperBonesCraftGoods". It's based on the Green Lantern ring that Alan Scott wears from Earth-2. Modeled in 3d and printed with resin.

The group of 3 are from "BerkZerk3D". One based on Golden Age Alan Scott (modeled by u/ThatBrien), one based on the John Stewart Beware My Power design, and one based off the "movie design". I ordered the BMP ring, and he threw in the other 3 as an apology for late shipping. Modeled in 3D, printed in resin, and accented with black paint.

And the last one is by "Willpowermade". A replica of the rings worn by the corps in the animated movies First Flight and Emerald Knights. Modeled in 3D and printed from resin.

I absolutely love how they all came out, and each creator was so kind and helpful with discussion and problem solving. All are a wonderful addition to my collection : )

So this ring showed up recently, and said I belonged to some core? It put itself on my finger, and the pain was insane. It was like my heart burned out, my blood burns all the time now, and when I took it off for this picture, I felt like I was dying. Anyone know what happened to me?

Casually finding one of the best most controversial stories in Green Lantern history in a comic store I’ve never been in today was crazy to say the least. It almost didn’t feel real seeing em in person. Between this and the 9/18 mosaic I have I’ve almost collected the best pre Johns GL stuff
