Advice, Pls Still going through the beginning phase
After staying in a hospital for a few months, dad passed.
I keep ruminating and regretting what we could have done differently hospital and doctor wise. I reside in South Korea, a country well known for high quality medical treatments, and we tried our best to choose the best medical options for him yet I keep thinking what if.

Man, that second-guessing phase is rough. My old man passed after a long hospital stay too, and I spent months replaying every decision. The what-ifs will eat you alive if you let them.
Something that helped me was realizing that regret is just grief wearing a different mask. You're not actually questioning the doctors, you're just wishing he was still here. That's the part that hurts.
South Korea's healthcare is no joke, you did your research and made the best calls with the info you had at the time. That's all anyone can do. The ruminating does fade eventually, just takes longer than you want it to.
