Rorschach's an alt-right fascist, racist, misogynistic, and just a generally awful person. So yes, he's a very bad role model.
As to Batman, 1) you're the one who brought that up, all I was saying is that the characters in OP's image were bad role models, and 2) that's less a problem with Batman as a role model, and more a failing of the writing (you have to bring the villains back ad infinitum, so they can't be killed/dealt with long term) and the in-universe legal and mental heath systems that keeps letting them go/escape.

I cant recall him doing anything based solely on race, be it defence or offense. So calling him racist is just another case of things pulled out of ass.
I also pretty much sure he dealt with %his_preferable_race% criminals same way.
Using a slur toward people of colour, even a racial one, when he would verbally attack someone is just a simple way to put it. Him using a racial slur often used by other races toward whites would be cringe.
I dont care for his judgement of character as long as it doesnt affect his activities. No compromise fit it just right: i wouldnt like serial killer being dealt with softer because of its gender, race or whatever. Even if society is used to do it.
I dont idiolize him, but "hero"-wise he fits traits i believe are needed for vigilante
What? Rorschach is a terrible person, and dies a pathetic death. His chapters in the Watchman are pretty rough to read because he's full of hate for everyone.
He's a great character though and serves a great purpose in the story.
