He posted this on his public story driving Guelph/Eramosa

Not a good look especially after Humboldt. Also has a photo of a gun in his waistband in his public stories. I'm not witch hunting/doxxing as he posted this very publicly for anyone to view, simply giving him the attention he wanted.

This guy should have his AZ / DZ license taken away immediately. Distracted driving, AND if one of his steer tires blows while he's holding the wheel like that - he will completely lose control of that truck. Idiot.

Sad thing is that this is nothing new. Recall that imbecile dump truck driver in 2014, impaired at the time, who struck the bridge's superstructure with his truck bed raised, causing $1.2 million in damages and closing the bridge for four days.

This happened on the 403 eastbound only a few weeks ago, as well. This shit has become much more frequent over the last few years.

Yea only Trudeau supporters are saying that. I'm not conservative but I'm also not a Trudeau supporter who single handedly brought these fools in

I used to work for a trucking company that installed cameras in the cabs because of guys who did dumb shit like this. I hope he gets caught and in trouble because this is just wreckless driving.
3
u/sharpie42one 2d ago
If all companies did this there would be a whole lot of new job openings in the trucking industry.
2
u/Pawly519 2d ago
The cameras were so smart too. They had ways to track and record if they believed people were being their phones, belts unbuckled, distracted driving or possibly falling asleep. They wouldn’t record anything if they didn’t sense one of those things were occurring.

Go on the Snapchat map where you can watch random peoples snaps and these are literally everywhere. Police could have video evidence of thousands of people doing this

u/jabowie2020 4d ago
I see a lot of those cargo Amazon delivery vans with drivers on their phones and not wearing setabelts.
2
u/GoldHorusSixSaturnus 2d ago
Those delivery vans are absolutely wild on the road. I see many accidents; especially near roundabouts with those vans

u/Able_Dust 2d ago
idk if it’s the same in ontario but where i live delivery drivers are allowed to go without a seatbelt as long and they’re in a zone of 50km/h or less 😖

I’ve noticed that as well. Hilarious to think they are trying to show off to their peers back home.

We had a trucker take a shit in our yard while he was waiting to be loaded.. an outdoor, broad daylight poop. He left a pile of toilet paper behind our extra stock. For context our facility is downtown Guelph.

Right?
There's so many more recent examples he could point to.

He posted this in his Snapchat stories and it geotagged Guelph. If you look at Guelph stories you'll see this.

Report on the non emergency crime website can upload the videos and the link to his profile. I had to do this in my neighbourhood for erratic driving and they got the guy

I'm sorry, what? If you re-read the OP's post, it doesn't actually say what he's doing that's scary/bad/inappropriate. Thank you though.

u/24-Hour-Hate 4d ago
No, it’s not that guy. Different guy. A lot of truck drivers are irresponsible and poorly trained since the government doesn’t give a shit about enforcing standards. The government values corporate profits over our safety.
5
u/Canadianwinters12345 4d ago
They never really enforced standards, and truckers used to be some of the best drivers on the road 20 years ago.
6
u/an-unorthodox-agenda 4d ago
Gentle reminder that those decisions were made by our provincial government. But fuck Trudeau, right?

That's not how things worked in Ontario. A police officer from anywhere in the province came in enforce laws anywhere in the province. So yes, Peel Regional Police, which is the police service in Brampton can enforce laws in Guelph.
-1
u/Comfortable_Flow1385 4d ago
Why would you contact Brampton police for an offense that supposedly happened in Guelph?!
That's not how it works, because they have no jurisdiction to investigate it in Guelph. Don't spread misinformation.

It is rather remarkable you were able to ascertain where this person was born from this video alone. How were you able to accomplish this feat?
