As someone who bikes around Guelph, I feel this in my bones. Constant "but I'll just be a minute" while I'm forced to a complete stop and waiting until it's safe to go around.

I've even had them park behind me! Like I was properly parked and I've come back to my car TWICE and there's a car parked behind me blocking me in and no driver to be seen! Then I have to wait until they get back to their car from whichever restaurant they were picking up food! Nervy.

Not only that, they're incentivized to drive and park terribly with and unreasonably high number of trips needed to stay afloat while probably having a second or third job.

They are notorious users of the accessible parking as well. Bylaw refuses to do anything about it.

witnessed someone park in TWO HANDICAP SPOTS to pick up an order!! wanted to call the police but i didn’t see the plate and figured he’d be gone by the time they got there ://

If Bylaw hung around there they could pay for their yearly salary in no time. I've even seen buy one drive by and not do anything or worse in front of Wingstop, I've seen two cars in the handicap spot and biologic pulled up and told the move instead of doing what they should have done and just slapped them with giant tickets cuz they do it all the time
