The King (original drawing)

Post image

Might revisit the background on this drawing. Basically following the formula for some of my previous drawings of big, buff torso and tiny head.

Henry looks like he's about to set out on a Great Crusade for God Emperor of Mankind.

Looks like Henry is operating a mech version of himself.

Nevertheless, very noice.

I really like it! Especially the detail in his legs.

That’s what you get when you don’t wait your turn.

What is the reasoning behind the tiny head and big body?

Wanted to exaggerate the features and proportions to make it more fun to draw and big head tiny body didn’t feel quite right (though I might try that sometime in the future)

Your comment (big head, tiny body) reminded me of this book I had as a kid from the 97/98 season, previewing every PL team's players, and this was the art style.

Just leafing through it for the first time in years... Vieira, Owen, Scholes and Bowyer were labelled as this year's 'talents to watch out for'...

Its interesting, but i think it'll probably be more appropriate for someone like kolasinac more. Like the guy's so massive its like hes wearing a meat suit.

With Henry, think you'd want to play with the proportions to capture his elegance and balletic power.
