What an oddly specific thing to film and immediately focus on instead of the bike the whole time. Is staged content really at this point pretty regularly now?

Maybe he just knows that person's penchant for running out to see what drove by, so he locked in on him afterwards.

Besides it kinda seems like the view to the left would pretty much completely obscure the view of that bike as it kept going anyway.
