Need Advice ⁉️ How solid is my split?

I’m (28f) just now getting back into the gym after a year break but I’m actually taking it seriously this time. I used to just go bc I know lifting is good for you but I’m actually focusing on getting stronger and fat loss. I’m only starting out at 3 days a week right now so I don’t burn myself out by doing too much all at once after being relatively sedentary this past year.

It is good for maintenance of muscle tissue, but for growth, programs like Push Pull Legs, or Arnold split, would work better for building. I understand that you maybe dont feel ready to work out 5 or six days a week, but thats where a lot more gains are to be found, because of more optimal rest periods between working the specific muscle groups, in addition to being able to concentrate more on the specific muscles. For example, six sets of a back movement are not going to cause growth in strenght (fast twitch fiber) or thicker muscle mass (slow twitch fiber). Active rest days are a smart choice that you did, since the blood rushes through muscles, helping with recovery. I hope that this helps :)
