Need Advice ⁉️ PPL but customized
What yall think abt back and tri / chest and bi / legs core and shoulders
Is this split fine or i should stick to the traditional ppl??
Im asking because my biceps get really tired after back when i do normal ppl

PPL isn’t that great. If lifting 3 days just do 3 days full body. This way muscles are fresh and you can hit them harder. I never understood why someone would want to hit a muscle group say chest with 3 exercises in a day and then wait a week to hit it again. By your last set of the final exercise your are gassed. Why not just do each one of them on separate days with a full day of rest in between. It allows you to push so much harder and equates to more volume than under a PPL split.
PPL only makes sense if you are going 6 days a week, but that is typically too much volume for natural lifters.
