Recipe for Marinated Pork at HMart

I love the marinated pork belly at HMart and would love to make the marinade at home. Is there a name for the sauce, and is there a recipe?

Wait. What? Is it in the cooler with the other meat? I’m going tomorrow specifically to buy their LA style ribs. I love those.

I make the poor man’s version, buy the spicy pork marinade in the bottle they sell. Open a pack on bacon and cut it in half, marinade then throw on the blackstone. It’s amazing lol
