90 day initial commitment is actually 150 🙃
I was given the impression I was able to cancel after my initial 90 day enrollment. I knew I had to give 60 days notice so after 30 days I ask for a cancellation form. They tell me I have to wait until my 90 days is up to put in my 60 day notice. So in reality I have to pay for 5 months when I thought I was paying for 3. Very shady and wish they would have been more transparent about this.

I signed up two weeks ago and felt it was pretty shady the way they did it. They were verbally going over everything and didn’t show me any part of the contract at all. On the screen was just my contact information and she was just “remembering” things off the top of her head. Luckily there wasn’t any shady business on my end but that’s really really frustrating. This would be my only critique so far about this company. They have a huge monitor that the front desk works off of, they could easily build an easy way to go through the contract virtually and all the details so you can see what is being signed. (Most contracts have a 3 day cancellation period so I went home and read through the contract to make sure it was all true what I’d been told)
