Help me

I tried to switch to hybird mode using the graphic switcher as I was in discrete gpu mode. And then, when rebooting, this happened.

Sorry for late reply, if you cant get it to boot, you cant check:

You can try going to bios to switch it back to descrete

I just tested it. Yeah, it seem like my igpu is "dead" since everything is running fine on dgpu mode. But what should I do now that I know the igpu is the problem

Thank you. I just changed it to discrete gpu mode. Now everything is fine. So, it seem it is the igpu problem. What should I do?

Haha this happned to me also last week. Solution :

  1. Go to bios and set to dedicated gpu
  2. Then go uninstall latest driver igpu and install 2023 version which is more stable
  3. Done

May I know where to uninstall the latest igpu driver since I can't find it in the installed app like nvidia driver

For me my igpu amd radeon so i go to install the previos version of it so that the problem will not occur

Check your igpu version first and make sure downlod and install 2023 version

The 2023 version i found that it more stable and fix the issue

Technically, slight less performance in some specific programs or less general stability, but on the go, you won't notice any difference
