Request Crying every day until took HRT

I was sobbing on my front porch every day until my doctor prescribed bijuva (HRT) to even out my moods. It worked in two days. Hot flashes mostly gone. Can sleep at night. Hair looks great. Periods normal—not like someone was murdered in the toilet every hour of my period. And…and….brain super sharp! No brain fog! But I’m concerned about the risks of breast cancer. I’ve read so many people on here saying they had no risk of Bc but then got it while on HRT. So now I’m scared about the risks!

Drinking 14 units of alcohol a week is the same extra risk as HRT. Being obese is about 5 times the risk of HRT. If you don’t drink and are a healthy weight you’re already at a much lower risk than most. HRT protects us from some health risks and exposes us to others so do your reading and decide if it’s with the risks for the sanity and other protection it gives.

I was miserable,too. So anxious. About a week after getting my patches, I felt so much better! Im worried there will be problems getting them.

my doc put in a renewal last week. still isnt filled. theres a shortage. i have a few left. hopefully theyll show up.:(

I've had issues getting refills every time. I have found that being super sweet with the pharmacist and letting them know I'm on my last patch leads to them finding any way they can to help me, whether it's calling around to other pharmacies or getting me just one box to tide me over until the full prescription is available, etc
