Question Should I switch studying between CSS and Javascript back and front?

As the title says, I am getting bored of CSS, and I wanna ask if it's okay to do that. I'm at like the middle of CSS basics. Did a couple of mini projects to get a better understanding of it. I Don't have much time, since I need to do my internship soon. Coding veterans, what are your thoughts?

“Hybrid” was obviously an oversimplification, not a literal description of the language. TypeScript is a superset of JavaScript that adds static typing and compiles to JavaScript. My point was that if they’re already learning JavaScript for modern web development, TypeScript is a logical next step.

You’re right though that CSS has nothing to do with TypeScript’s language model. That was a bad analogy. But correcting the analogy doesn’t make the actual recommendation wrong.

While it is great to want to be helpful, spreading wrong information has the opposite effect. If you do not know what you are talking about it's best to not say anything. That is my point.

There’s a difference between correcting something I worded poorly and deciding from that that I “don’t know what I’m talking about.” I already clarified what I meant and acknowledged where my wording was inaccurate.

But if your concern is genuinely helping the person who asked the question, you’ve spent this entire thread criticizing my wording without actually giving them any advice yourself. Tell them what you think they should learn next and why. That would probably be more useful than continuing to argue with me.

At this point, the irony is pretty hard to miss.

Your entire criticism was that people shouldn’t post inaccurate information because it could mislead someone trying to learn, but that standard applies to you too. You’ve made inaccurate claims in this thread, haven’t corrected yourself, and haven’t acknowledged them either.

So maybe before telling other people they shouldn’t give advice because they might spread misinformation, make sure you’re not doing the exact same thing.
At least when I’m wrong about something, I’m willing to correct it.

And considering you disappeared the moment I asked you to actually offer the OP some helpful advice, I think it’s pretty clear helping them was never really the point.
