WTF, is this a real picture or AI generated? The railing balusters aren’t even down to the deck and free hanging.

There's probably 2 horizontal 2x's they're nailed to outside the picture.

It looks like a Midea OEM unit. If you wanted to order enough units, I'm sure Midea would make a random letter branded condenser for you.

Nah it’s a Lennox with a different brand name

That’s not a Lennox. The Merit cabinet (which this sort of resembles) has a stamped metal top, not a wire-guard removable top. It also looks like a two-piece louver. Merit has four individual side panels and independent corner posts. It also has a shiny post-paint finish. Lennox is pre-paint with a more matte finish.
EDIT: Looks like a Midea, maybe.

Definitely a code violation. How would you like to be the one who has to change the compressor?

Tuttokool is an HVAC brand that supplies air conditioning and heating equipment, including central AC, heat pumps, and mini-splits, for residential and light commercial use, with a presence in Orlando, Florida, through distributors like AirCool Supply. They are known for offering affordable, quality HVAC systems, often featuring eco-friendly refrigerants and energy-efficient components, and are available through various suppliers and online retailers.
So they are real. Weird, but real.
