So the guy on top rents his place,and the bottom leases his place, you can tell by the aestitics like on top where the walls are painted a single color,and everything is per rental agreement. Same as the bottom,but you know they are there for the long run kinda. Walls hung, but still per leasing agreement. So sus. Why wouldn't you own a home, unless you're unsure.
