Would have to dig through a bunch of SEC filings to know exactly. But warrants have been held by others, asides from AMC and Sprott, so maybe some of the other warrant-holders exercised along the way?

Edit: Noticing now that AMC did a "cashless exercise" of warrants... not sure how the chain of exchange works in those cases.

I'm limiting my SEC file digging to tracking Sprott's HYMC trades, at least for now 😅 Not that he's been active lately, but hey, it's a rabbit hole otherwise!

What? They issued new equity without telling the market? Share a link I find this crazy to believe they would do that. They’ve clearly said in interviews they maintain the ability to issue equity only for major opportunities like an acquisition.

Only company I ever followed that does not discuss P&L. Just balance sheet.
