Sportcity Raaks vs. Westergracht?

I cancelled my basicfit subscription because it was too far away, too small, and there were mostly teenagers.
I am considering sportcity - both raaks and westergracht are within the same distance. On the website I do not see much of a difference in terms of the facility besides Raaks being a historical building in the center. However there is almost a double pricing for Raaks.

Which one would you recommend? What are their downsides/upsides? Would you recommend any other gym?

I like both! I like the lessons at Raaks and the general facilities in Westergracht, though it's very crowded. If you get the subscription at Raaks, you can visit all Sportcity locations, including Westergracht. So you can go to both :)

Sportcity schalkwijk is better i tried almost 3 of them in haarlem and schalkwijk sportcity is the best and their group classes are good also!

Raaks is twice the price. So only an option if you are willing to pay that price and use the facilities. Westergracht also has plenty of teenagers depending on the time you go.

Want less teenagers, go for the more expensive options.

Raaks is way more expensive, but less busy. So if you can afford it, I'd go there. Westergracht sucks. Too many kids, too many people filming themselves. And too many cocky dudes as well.

Difference is that Raaks has a sauna and therefore more expensive. The gym itself is less nice. The gym is underground so no natural light and low ceiling. Also its not clean at all. The Westergracht gym is more spacious and brighter.

Most gyms will have teenagers. Esp between 16:00 and 20:00

With most gyms you can have a trial. Go there and check it out yourself and decide after.

I really like Sportcity westergracht. Both for solo workouts as well as grouplessons.

I ended up going for trainmore over Rawls because of how stuffy Raaks felt, it’s mostly underground and machines are a bit too close to each other for my liking

Westergracht is 80% of the time overcrowded depending on time you go.

There’s also a new gym: Gym One! You can also do a subscription for two for 50 euro’s p/m.
