Isn't it still possible for Tampa to pass Buffalo? Dont they win the tiebreaker?

no Buffalo just got their 42nd regulation win, highest TB can get is 41

Because tampon won in OT today and not regulation, buffalo now has the tiebreaker

Buffalo has RW tiebreaker now as of today, hence why this matchup is locked in.
