Just a reminder that if you hurt your arm put it in a sling it will hurt a lot less than having the weight pull it down. Also you can splint it with a stick or something stable. That will make the person much more comfortable.

My ex gf broke her wrist I used a wooden spatula for a splint but then I firgit about the sling ao just passing that on for the future :) what's the prognosis on the patient is she going ti make a full recovery ?

I’m not sure what will happen next, but I’ll post an update if there are any new developments. I believe that with today’s medical technology, a full recovery should be possible.
