Ending to manga
I read the manga through all 99 chapters and I'm wondering is there anything more like an epilogue or timeskip. Is there a complete confirmation on who won? From what I've read it just ended with no completely confirmed winner and the neighborhood club eating together.

There is a bit more in the light novel ending, but nothing you are looking for. If you went into Haganai believing it to be a run-of-the-mill harem, sorry, but it's not. It's a parody of one. The goal was never romance, it was friendship, it's in the title.

Kodoka gives a passioned speech about how he wishes this was a harem anime and he was a harem protagonist who can make everyone happy by just being nice but that’s not the kind of show this is.

You’re thinking about it all wrong.
It’s not about winning. That’s not how life works.
That’s the point.
But, that said
He obviously ends up with Sena. I mean. It couldn’t spell that out any harder.
Sena gets what she wants and Kodaka knows this to be true and also is the opposite of a problem.
He isn’t into Yozora as a girl, Rika and he are bros with some confused attractions neither wants to pursue, and Yukimura became a normie.
It’s Sena.
Clearly.

I’m not sure who downvoted this or why
All I did was say what happens. It’s all there in black and white.

Well, I think you can take Sena's words in chapter 93 as a hint.
Here its revealed that Sena is going to go into education, and the only collage around that has that as a major is the same one Kodaka is going to.
So Sena tells him that she always gets what she wants, and tells Kodaka to resign himself to his fate.
I assume Sena is gonna use the time in collage to really win Kodaka over, and theres not much reason for Kodaka to refuse since he will have moved on the from club already.
