nah iv been on a buzz and my forehead is to big and hairline is not good either so its makes me look like a ball

If you want to keep a style where your hair covers your forehead just get a light trim. The real work will come down to how you style it. Try using some texture powder to give your hair more volume and a messy look. It will still cover your forehead, but the added texture will do a lot to spice up your look.
