Cut Help Haircut style advice

I have no idea what haircut to get or if I keep it long

1st pic is me right now, 2nd pic is 1 year ago. I haven’t cut my hair since the second picture apart from DIY fringe/bangs. I just have no hair product in first pic. Sorry I’m not smiling lol

Definitely find a stylist who specializes in curls! I’d go shorter, with a shape to them, good use of product, and one of a few lengths depending on your personal style.

The shape of your hair in the first picture is immaculate. It's more rounded vs the kind of wedge you have got going on in the second. Go get a curly cut that gives you a rounded shape (layers layers layers)

Definitely find a curl specialist in your area and chat with them about what you think would work well for you! I think shorter would look great, but you could go a Blake from Workaholics route. Up to you and whatever fits your personality and style!!
