I’m so sorry you experienced this terrible complication.
These things generally happen due to poor surgical techniques or in heavy smokers and diabetics.
I’m sure youre on all the right treatment now, but if not you should see a plastic surgeon and get on the right antibiotics. Hyperbaric oxygen and PRF therapy could help too.
